The monthly rent is $1,575.00 and includes utilities (City of Lethbridge, Direct Energy, Telus: Cable & Internet, not including phone, this would come at and additional cost). The house will be fully furnished and will include the following:
Loft
- First pictures is going up the stairs to the loft

The backyard is quite large with a large playhouse (swings, tire swing, fort, slide, rock wall) and a garage. The garage will not be a part of the property available for rent as it doesn’t work and that is where I store my belongings.
The house has a basement with a sump pump. The basement is not livable. In the first email I sent had a captains bed in the first room for a child, however I could switch that bed out for a double bed if the renters prefer that.
